WARRANTY
MRS. ERTHA's international warranty grants a 24-month warranty for STRAPIES from the date of purchase. This warranty is only valid if the warranty certificate is dated, signed and properly filled in by the brand or by a brand reseller. For a period of 2 years, Mrs. Ertha will replace the mechanical dial of any watch that, in good condition, shows mechanical defects or malfunctions. The warranty for the replacement watch ends at the end of the warranty for the replaced watch.
- Before activating the warranty, check if the battery is dead. Please change the battery at a trusted jeweler. If after changing the battery the watch still does not work, contact the reseller for replacement.
THE Mrs.Ertha It offers two methods for delivering orders:
1. Via CTT - All purchases are shipped within 2 days.
2. In-store pickup - If you select in-store pickup, the delivery time is 2 days.
