Order

What size should I buy?

If you are unsure of the right size for you, please consult our size guides. These are usually found in a table, the last image of the product.

Can I cancel my order?

We understand perfectly, we also changed our minds! Although we wish we could, once the order is placed, we cannot cancel it at this time. However, we can modify the order or create a voucher with the value to use in the future in our store.


If you don't like your item, you can always exchange it for another product.

How can I contact you to talk about my order?

You can contact us via Instagram @mrsertha, the website chat, or by email. hello@mrsertha.com. IremI will reply to you as soon as possible.

Where can I collect my order?

Collections are currently only available at our physical store in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal. If you choose the "collection" delivery method, you must collect your order at: Largo Joaquim Magalhães 22, 4400-187 Vila Nova de Gaia.

Your items are safe for children and babies?

All our products have safety certifications for use by babies and children. Most of our products contain organic materials and use non-toxic inks. Please check the product description or contact us for more information.

Shipping, exchanges & returns

We use CTT (National and International) carriers, either standard or express.

How can I track my delivery?

You can enter the tracking code on the CTT website: https://www.ctt.pt/particulares/index

For international shipments, you should use the same tracking code, but also check the website of your local postal service/carrier. Regarding international shipments, CTT (Portuguese postal service) often subcontracts other carriers, but the tracking code remains the same.

How long will my order take?

Provided all products are in stock and not on pre-sale, we ship orders within 24 to 48 hours at the latest.

If the order is domestic, you should receive it in less than 24-48 hours. working after shipping.

If the order is for the European Union, you should expect the shipment to arrive within 5 to 7 days. working after shipping.

Orders from outside the EU may take more than 15 days. working Arriving soon.

Shipping times may be subject to other factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, war, and other exceptional circumstances that may cause delays in order deliveries.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order has been placed and paid for, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that our processing team has received your order and providing the tracking code.

Where do they send orders?

We sent to the whole world, including the islands of the Azores and Madeira.

Orders include shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.

We also offer free shipping to mainland Portugal and the islands for orders over €60, and to the European Union for orders over €120.

Order Reception

Upon receiving your order, it is essential to check the condition of the packaging. If you detect any visible anomalies (such as damage to the packaging, signs of opening or tampering), you should:

- Refuse the order upon delivery, requesting its return to the sender;

- Take photographs of the package's condition before opening it, documenting any visible damage.

THE Mrs.Ertha We are not responsible for missing items resulting from damage to the packaging that was not properly noted upon receipt.

What is the exchange policy?

If you have already received your order and it has a problem, or if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can exchange it within 15 days of the invoice date.

To make the exchange, send an email to hello@mrsertha.comPlease indicate the order number and the reference number to be exchanged so that we can process your request. After the email is sent, you can send the item back to our warehouse: Largo Joaquim Magalhães 22, 4400-187 Vila Nova de Gaia.

Shipping fees for exchanges are non-refundable. except in cases where returns are due to a defect in the item.

Shipping Refund

If the item is defective, in order to obtain a refund of the CTT (Portuguese postal service) shipping costs, please send us the invoice with the shipping cost and the company's tax identification number (NIF): 515136417, along with the order.

The shipment must be sent via regular mail (not express) and in low-value packaging. The receipt with your tax identification number (NIF) must be sent along with the order for the refund to be processed. We only refund shipping costs up to €10.

What is the returns policy?

If you have already received your order and it has any problems, or if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return it within 15 days of the invoice date.
