1. Payment  


When making a purchase at MRS ERTHA, you have the following payment methods available: ATM, credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal.


MBWAY

Simply enter your phone number and you will receive an order in the MB WAY app. From the moment you approve the payment in the app, your order will be marked as paid and in processing.



MULTIBANCO


By selecting this option, a Multibanco reference will be generated, which will be displayed on the screen when you complete your order. 

This same reference will also be sent in the order confirmation email.  


CREDIT CARD

We took into account the security standards of online payments, and therefore Shopkit Pay also accepts payments with cards that have the 3D Secure method enabled.

3D Secure is an important protocol that aims to increase the level of security by adding an additional confirmation step: after entering the card details, the customer is directed to a page where they have to enter a code (token) that is sent via SMS.


BANK TRANSFER


The items are reserved for 3 days. If during this period the Mrs Ertha If we do not receive payment, the order will be cancelled. 2. Shipping

 Orders are shipped daily, except for local or national holidays, via the carrier CTT BOU Express. Deliveries are made within 24-48 hours, provided there are no physical or structural impediments (e.g., incorrect addresses, force majeure events).

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the order and are shown in the shopping cart.
If no one is at the address, the carrier will contact the customer by phone, at which point the customer can reschedule the delivery. CTT (Portuguese postal service) will attempt delivery 3 times. The customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping orders that are returned due to the customer's absence at the delivery address.


3. Exchanges and Returns

If you have already received your order and it has a problem, or if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can exchange it within 15 days of the invoice date.  

To make the exchange, send an email to hello@mrsertha.com, Please provide the order number and the reference number to be exchanged so we can process your request.  

Mrs. Bertha  We have the right to refuse returns if the notification is made outside the established deadline, if the items are not in the same condition as when they were purchased, or if the product description previously states that we do not accept returns.

4. Prices


The prices of products displayed in the online store include VAT. Shipping fees are applied per order. 
The exact shipping cost will depend on the delivery country and the final weight of the order.

The prices of the products shown on the website are subject to change at any time.
Mrs. Bertha We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Although the website is constantly updated, it is possible that there may be incorrect pricing information. 
THE MRS ERTHA is not bound by this offer and reserves the right to cancel your order in the event of such an error.
