1. Payment  


When making a purchase at MRS ERTHA, the following payment methods are available: ATM, credit card, bank transfer and PayPal

 

MBWAY

Just enter the phone number and you will receive an order in the MB WAY app. From the moment you approve payment in the app, your order is paid and in process.



MULTIBANCO


By selecting this option, an ATM reference is generated, which will be displayed on the screen when completing the order.

This same reference will also be sent in the order confirmation email.

 

CREDIT CARD

We have taken into account the security standards of online payments, which is why Shopkit Pay also accepts payments with cards that have the 3D Secure method enabled.

3D Secure is an important protocol that aims to increase the security level by adding an additional confirmation step: after entering the card data, the customer is directed to a page where he has to enter a code (token) which is sent by SMS.

 

BANK TRANSFER


Parts are reserved for 3 days. If during this period Mrs Ertha does not receive payment, the order is cancelled. To speed up the payment confirmation process, you can send us proof of bank transfer, together with the order number paid, to shop@mrsertha.com

2. Shipping

 Orders placed are sent daily, with the exception of local or national holidays, by the carrier Via Directa. Deliveries are made between 24 - 48 hours as long as there are no physical or structural impediments (eg incorrect addresses, force majeure setbacks)

Shipping costs vary according to the weight of the order and are shown in the shopping cart.
If no one is at the address, the carrier will contact Bia mobile where the customer can restart the delivery. There are 3 delivery attempts by Via Directa. Reshipments of orders that are returned due to the customer's absence at the destination address are the customer's responsibility.

 

3. Exchanges and Returns

If you have already received the order and it has a problem or if for some reason you are not satisfied, you can exchange it within 15 days from the invoice date.

To exchange, send an email to shop@mrsertha.com, indicating the order number and the reference to exchange, so that we can forward your request.

MRS ERTHA  has the right to refuse returns whose communication has been made after the established deadline, in which articles that are not in the same conditions in which they were acquired or that are articles in which it is previously mentioned in the description of the same that we do not accept returns of this product.

4. Prices


The prices of the products displayed in the online store include VAT. Shipping fees apply per order.
The exact price of the shipping fee will depend on the country of delivery and the final weight of the order.
