Shipping
Orders are shipped daily, except for local or national holidays, via the DPD carrier. Deliveries are made within 24-48 hours for mainland Portugal, provided there are no physical or structural impediments (e.g., incorrect addresses, force majeure events).
Shipping costs vary according to the weight of the order and are shown in the shopping cart. If no one is at the address, the carrier will contact you by phone, where the customer can reschedule the delivery. There is one delivery attempt; if this is not possible, the order will be sent to the nearest collection center. Reshipments of orders returned due to the customer's absence at the destination address are the customer's responsibility.
Shipping times to locations outside mainland Portugal may take between 5 and 15 days. working.
Shipments to the islands of the Azores and Madeira:
Under normal conditions, the following needs to be taken into consideration for the islands.
The following are the estimated timelines:
* By Sea - which takes 5 to 7 days working to
Main islands and 12 days for secondary islands.
* By Air - which takes 1 to 4 days working
to Funchal, 2 days working to the main islands and 4 days working to
the secondary islands.
If adverse weather conditions exist, it is expected that

NOTE: When the order for PT Islands appears as "In Transit" it means

Order reception:
Upon receiving your order, it is essential to check the condition of the packaging. If you detect any visible anomalies (such as damage to the packaging, signs of opening or tampering), you should:
