Mrs. Ertha's international warranty grants a 24-month guarantee on STRAPIES watches from the date of purchase. This guarantee is only valid if the warranty certificate is dated, signed, and duly completed by the brand or an authorized retailer. For a period of 2 years, Mrs. Ertha will replace the mechanical dial on any watch that, while in good condition, presents mechanical defects or malfunctions. The warranty on the replacement watch ends at the end of the warranty on the replaced watch.

Before activating the warranty, check if the battery is empty. Please have the battery replaced by a trusted jeweler. If the watch still does not work after changing the battery, contact the retailer for a replacement.
- The bracelet and glass are not covered by the 24-month factory warranty. However, if you believe your bracelet/glass has a manufacturing defect that was not due to misuse, please contact the retailer for a proper assessment of the situation.
