The MRS. ERTHA international warranty grants a 24-month guarantee on STRAPIES from the date of purchase. This warranty is only valid if the warranty certificate is dated, signed, and duly completed by the brand or an authorized retailer. For a period of 2 years... Mrs. Ertha This service replaces the mechanical dial in any watch that, while in good condition, exhibits mechanical defects or malfunctions. The warranty for the replacement watch ends at the end of the warranty period for the watch being replaced.
Before activating the warranty, check if the battery is empty. Please have the battery replaced by a trusted jeweler. If the watch still does not work after changing the battery, contact the retailer for a replacement.
THE Mrs.Ertha It offers two methods for delivering orders:
1. Via CTT - All purchases are shipped within 2 days. working The following items are delivered within one to three days of dispatch. working In mainland Portugal. Between three and five days. working For the rest of Europe. And ten to fifteen days. working for the rest of the world.
