The Strapies are made of 100% silicone, water-resistant (do not submerge) and ideal for the most rebellious. They are practical and super easy to put on, their strap instantly molds to any wrist. They are available in 6 colors and are recommended from 3 years old to adulthood. The dial is removable, made of metal alloy and laser engraved. Seiko quartz PC21S movement made in Japan. They are a practical and fun accessory that can be worn by the whole family.

WARRANTY

The MRS. ERTHA international warranty grants, from the date of purchase, a 24-month warranty for STRAPIES. This warranty is only valid if the warranty certificate is dated, signed and duly filled in by the brand or by a brand reseller store. For a period of 2 years, Mrs. Ertha will replace the mechanical dial in any watch that, in good condition, presents mechanical defects or malfunctions. The replacement watch warranty ends at the end of the warranty of the replaced watch.

- Before activating the warranty, check if the battery is empty. Please change the battery at a trusted jeweler. If the watch still does not work after changing the battery, contact the reseller to proceed with the replacement.
- The strap and glass are not covered by the 24-month factory warranty. However, if you believe that your strap/glass has a manufacturing defect and was not due to misuse of the item, please contact the reseller for a correct assessment of the situation.
