You Strapies They are made of 100% silicone, water resistant (do not submerge) and ideal for the most rebellious. They are practical and super easy to put on, their strap instantly molds to any wrist. They are available in 6 colors and are recommended for ages 3 to adult. The dial is removable, made of metal alloy and laser engraved. Seiko quartz PC21S movement made in Japan. They are a practical and fun accessory that can be used by the whole family.

GUARANTEE

The MRS. ERTHA international guarantee grants a 24-month guarantee on STRAPIES from the date of purchase. This guarantee is only valid if the guarantee certificate is dated, signed and duly completed by the brand or by a store that resells the brand. For a period of 2 years, Mrs. Ertha will replace the mechanical dial on any watch that, although in good condition, presents mechanical defects or failures. The guarantee for the replacement watch ends at the end of the guarantee for the replaced watch.

- Before activating the warranty, check if the battery is empty. Please change the battery at a trusted jeweler. If the watch still does not work after changing the battery, contact the retailer to replace it.
- The bracelet and glass are not covered by the 24-month factory warranty. However, if you consider that your bracelet/glass has a manufacturing defect and that it was not due to misuse of the item, please contact the retailer for a correct assessment of the situation.

A Mrs.Ertha dispõe de dois métodos de entrega de encomendas:

1. Via CTT - Todas as compras efetuadas são expedidas em até 2 dias úteis seguintes, sendo que a partir do momento de expedição são entregues entre um a três dias úteis em Portugal Continental. Entre três a cinco dias úteis para o resto da Europa. E dez a quinze dias úteis para o resto do mundo.

2. Levantamento em loja - Se selecionar levantamento em loja, o prazo de entrega é de 2 dias úteis. Pode levantar na nossa loja do Cais de Gaia, em Portugal após receber o e-mail de confirmação de preparação da encomenda.
