You Strapies They're made of 100% silicone, water-resistant (do not submerge), and ideal for the most rebellious. They're practical and super easy to put on, with the strap instantly molding to any wrist. Available in six colors, they're recommended for ages 3 to adult. The dial is removable, made of metal alloy, and laser-engraved. Seiko quartz PC21S movement made in Japan. They're a practical and fun accessory for the whole family to enjoy.

GUARANTEE

MRS. ERTHA's international warranty grants a 24-month warranty on STRAPIES from the date of purchase. This warranty is only valid if the warranty certificate is dated, signed, and duly completed by the brand or a retailer of the brand. For a period of two years, Mrs. Ertha will replace the mechanical dial on any watch that, although in good condition, presents mechanical defects or malfunctions. The warranty for the replacement watch ends at the end of the warranty for the replaced watch.

- Before activating the warranty, check that the battery is empty. Please have the battery changed at a trusted jeweler. If the watch still doesn't work after changing the battery, contact the retailer for a replacement.
- The strap and crystal are not covered by the 24-month manufacturer's warranty. However, if you believe your strap/crystal has a manufacturing defect and that it was not due to misuse, please contact the retailer for a proper assessment.
Shipping

THE Mrs.Ertha has two methods of delivering orders:

1. Via CTT - All purchases made are shipped within 2 days working following, and from the moment of dispatch they are delivered between one and three days working in mainland Portugal. Between three and five days working to the rest of Europe. And ten to fifteen days working to the rest of the world.

2. In-store pickup - If you select in-store pickup, delivery time is 2 days. workingYou can pick up your order at our Cais de Gaia store in Portugal after receiving the order preparation confirmation email.
